You may not republish them without our permission. Prices, stock, hours, and what's on offer can change without notice; we'll honour any order at the price displayed when you placed it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (we'll refund you in full if we do). Anything we deliver carries the consumer-protection rights your jurisdiction provides; if a product or service fails to meet a reasonable standard, write to us and we'll repair, replace, or refund. We're not liable for damages outside of what was directly purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are based.
The drinks, beans, and prices shown are a guide and may change with the season or the day's roast. We will always tell you the price before you order.

Sessions start from ¥18,000, and the exact fee is confirmed in writing before anything is locked in. A date is reserved on a 30% deposit, with the rest due when your gallery is delivered. Prints are quoted separately because paper and framing vary so much.
Newborn sessions are booked against a due date, not a calendar date — babies do not read contracts. We hold a two-week window and confirm the actual day once your baby arrives. Rescheduling inside that window is always free.
Golden-hour beach sessions at Shichirigahama depend on the sky cooperating. If the forecast turns, we offer the next available slot at no charge — as many times as it takes. The studio is the fallback, never the default; we will not quietly move you indoors to save a reshoot.
Prints are checked against a calibrated proof before shipping. If a print arrives damaged or visibly different from the gallery preview, photograph it and tell us within 14 days — we reprint free. Because each print is made to order, we cannot refund a correctly produced print for change of mind.
Liability is capped at the session fee, these terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Yokohama District Court is the venue for any dispute that outlasts a phone call. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you regardless.
You have 14 days to pick your selects from the proof gallery. Life with a newborn rarely respects deadlines, so the window stretches on request — just tell us. Once selects are confirmed and edited, the finished set is final; further changes are quoted as new work.
Gift certificates are valid for twelve months from purchase and transferable to anyone you choose. If prices rise after purchase, the certificate still covers the session it names. Unused certificates are refundable to the buyer within 30 days of purchase, and after that convert to credit toward prints.
We accept bank transfer, the usual cards, and cash at the studio. The 30% deposit confirms your date; the balance is due when the finished gallery is delivered, before print orders go into production. Invoices for companies — brand shoots do happen, even here — carry fourteen-day terms.
If we lose a shoot to our own technical failure, we reshoot free; if a reshoot is truly impossible — a newborn session that cannot be repeated — we refund everything and say sorry in person. Beyond that, our liability is capped at the session fee. Nothing in these terms touches the protections Japanese consumer law gives you no matter what.
Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date, and bookings already confirmed stay under the version that existed when the deposit was paid. If a change would affect an open booking — a pricing structure, a delivery window — we tell you directly instead of hoping you re-read legal pages for fun.
